Acid rain is an acidic form of rain. It was first observed in Manchester, England. In 1852, Robert Angus Smith found that acid rain was effected by atmospheric pollution.

Icebergs off New Zealand’s Coastline

The last time this happened was in 1930 and this time we can have the footage to record how big they actually are. This is history in the making, a piece of Antarctica on our back door step.The bergs have been traveling north for about five years and scientists have been monitoring their progress.
