After graduation, we, students are thinking that we have surpassed all the challenges in life. But life has to go on and we must have to accept all new challenges that that we are about to encounter. One of these challenges is passing the board examinations which will determine if we have reached the minimum amount of knowledge needed in order for us to practice our profession.
All of us really want to pass the board examinations, but sometimes we are having doubts whether we will pass the examinations or not. That said, studying well and having focus are the basic things which must be done by aspirants. Just how will we be able to pass the examinations?
At this time, I will be giving you some of the possible ways on how to pass the board examinations:
The first one is studying extensively. You must study at around five to six months before the examination so that you will be able to absorb everything you have studied and be able to recall them during the examinations. In connection to this, do not compromise your studying with having a vacation and other activities which would divide your time. Study at least 5-8 hours per day to make sure that you have read enough the whole day. But of course, you must have to concentrate and be able to digest what you've read so that it will be easy for you to recall the lessons.
The second one is having focus. On the night before the examination, please sleep as early as 7pm to make sure that you will have a clear mind and a good mood on the day of the exam. If possible, stay in a place where there are no destructions such as friends calling you over the phone, members of the family having a chat with you, too much watching TV, go on bar hopping and other activities which might affect you physically and mentally. If possible, don't bring your phone with you so that you will not be tempted to call or text your friends.
The third one is have a good breakfast. Having a good breakfast could help you to have concentration during the examination. Remember that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Just imagine if you will not take your breakfast, and you will feel extensive hunger in the middle of the exams, your concentration will be ruined…..
The next one is prayer. Don't forget to pray because it is a potent tool to succeed. Don't forget to ask God for His guidance so that you will be able to recall all the lessons you have studied and that you will feel that the examination is very easy.
If possible, take brain boosters. This will really help you during the examinations.
Then, do proper shading. A computer will check the answer key and there's really a difference between counting it manually. So you have to practice shading. Just one stroke about 4-5 strokes will do as long as the whole box is shaded. Not to light and too dark or you might make a hole out of your answer key. If you have sweaty palms, just bring with you a small towel.
The next thing to be done is avoid erasures. One reason why most of the examinees failed in the exams is that they keep on changing their answers. Erasures would really have an impact on the over-all results. Remember that machine will count your scores…And machine wont consider it if you have not properly erased the shade on the letter of your first answer. The thing is: Be sure with your answers.
I just hope that you will get something from this article. Thank you for reading.
