I love my coffee. But I am not picky; it could be made from fresh-ground beans procured from the local Starbucks, Tim Horton’s or my favorite coffee retreat in the city, Second Cup (a Canadian indulgence). Or, it can be the most affordable instant, right off the supermarket shelf. You know, like the one with the picture of TV personality/Home Renovator extraordinaire Mike Holmes on the label?

Seaweed is a very useful and valuable commodity from the oceans and coastlines of the world, and new ways to use it are being invented all the time. I love the taste of a certain type of edible seaweed salad, -and who doesn't love fresh sushi rolls wrapped in seaweed. The fuels of tomorrow might easily be biofuels created with seaweed. The uses of seaweed are nearly endless, from fertilizers to medicines to food manufacturing aids and more...
