Some days, the cup isn't just half empty, it seems mostly empty. On those days when the children are rowdy and whiney by turns, when the boss never seems happy, when well-planned lessons go astray...do Outer-Mongolia or Timbuctu have immigration policies? |
- I'm tired of disrespectful children.
- I'm just plain tired—I want to stay home.
- I'm tired of reproaches when the children are disrespectful.
- I'm tired of having to be publicly perfect.
- I want to write and draw and paint my own pictures—not what someone else expects.
- I want to get paid for my art and my writing.
- I want to explore computer use.
- I want to be able to take a computer apart and put it back together and know how to run a network.
- I want to have equipment that is new enough to function properly.
- I want time to play.
