Amazing Images of Forest Fires

Forest fires burn throughout the year and cause lots of damages.

Fire!! That four letter word can strike terror in the hearts of many! If you have ever lived through one or near one, the memories of the intense heat, thick smoke and the damage caused by the fire will remain embedded in your brain forever.

Forest Fires can also be an act of Mother Nature.

Though these images are very beautiful, I can only imagine the terror in the hearts and minds of the animals and humans that find them selves trapped or fleeing from them.

The picture above shows one of many brave fire fighters that risk their life's everyday to control the many fires that burn out of control. Many have died in the past for their valiant efforts. We owe them much. Let us never forget the sacrifices that brave men and women give on our behalf.

The amazing image above shows some of the massive damage done in the aftermath of a fire. If you ever wondered what hell looked like? Take a good look because some walk in the middle of it everyday.

In this image a fire fighter gives his all to contain the raging flames. It's to no avail due to the intense flames spurred on by the wind he will soon be forced to abandon his position and retreat to safer ground.

These forest fires consume millions of acres every year; it is also felt and the views of our people that research them and Global Warming that due to the earth changes, there's a good chance of many more over the years to come.

Above as shown in the multi-photo one can see some of the many co-ordinated efforts that are put into use to bring these fires under control. The cost to preserve our forest is astronomical; involving great time, money and effort and the countless manpower that's needed to bring each wild fire under control.

Although many fires are caused from natural phenomena, many are also caused by carelessness. We must always be careful when camping or out wondering our forest, that we clean up our garbage and make sure that any fire we make is out. We just may save a lot of life's including our own.
